Requires initial seasoning: wash with hot water and soap dry thoroughly then apply a thin layer of high smoke point oil like grapeseed or canola. Heat on medium until smoking wipe excess and repeat 2-3 times for a durable non-stick patina that builds with use. Ideal for perfect omelettes and sauteing.
