Our Drainer Plate allows you to easily clear your food from unwanted liquids when used with our GN 1/1 Sized Gastronorm Pans. Simply place the drainer plate at the bottom of the gastronorm and put your food on top for grease, liquids and juices to drain through the holes in the plate. Made from a durable Stainless Steel construction, the plate is resistant to warping and shattering and therefore able to withstand the demands of busy commercial kitchens.
