Naturally non-stick once seasoned it improves with use developing a robust patina. Season before first use by washing off beeswax drying thoroughly applying thin high-smoke-point oil and heating in oven at 190C for one hour or on stovetop until smoking. Hand-riveted with ergonomic French handle for precise control. Oven-safe up to 200C. Perfect for professional kitchens seeking long-lasting performance.
